Adobe announces its intention to acquire ContentCal

We are delighted to announce that Adobe, the $309bn US Tech Giant, has announced its intention to acquire our portfolio business, ContentCal!
We are thrilled to have been part of the ContentCal journey over the last 2 years. The business has set a new standard in how companies create and publish content and joining Adobe is an incredible result for the business and our investors.
